Where do I order?

Use the link or QR code your school sent home in the newsletter, email or school app. Each school has its own private page. It doesn't appear in our shop or on Google, so if you can't find the link, ask the school office.

Ordering in four steps

1. Pick a size. Check the size guide on the page. Most parents size up one so it lasts.
2. Type the name to print. Type it exactly as it should appear on the back, then confirm the spelling. You'll see it on the preview straight away.
3. Choose a form group if the school has asked for one.
4. Pay by card or Apple Pay. There's no delivery charge and no address to fill in.

Names

We check every name against the school's class list before printing. Names have to be the pupil's real name or the name they're known by at school. Rude, joke or made-up names are refused, and we'll ask for a replacement before the closing date. If we don't get one, we print the pupil's name from the school list.

When will it arrive?

Everything is printed together after the closing date and delivered to school in one drop on the date agreed with the school. Your child will be given their hoodie at school.

Missed the closing date?

The page closes itself on the closing date. Get in touch with the school or with us, and we can often reopen it for a few days.
